The sleek, aerodynamic design utilises state of the art technology, dual compound rubber sleeving, zinc alloy bridge construction and a special coated rubber squeegee to produce the most effective, smooth and quiet wipe possible, all encapsulated within a slim contemporary design.
Quality designed and built our Flat Aero wiper blades feature a ‘dual compound' rubber sleeving which incorporates a harder rubber edging to give a stronger binding to the internal pre-tensioned steel vertebrae. This provides a robust curve to fit the contours of the windscreen. In between is a softer rubber compound that not only forms the aerodynamic spoiler, but further assists the wiper to flex to the shape of the screen. This design also results in a more consistent and stable pressure along the length of the blade subsequently transferring a more even pressure to the windscreen.
The whole structure is further strengthened by a zinc alloy bridge construction which provides a very strong connection to the wiper arm. Each wiper features a special coated rubber squeegee to ensure a quiet and effective wipe and unlike conventional wiper blades there are no moving parts that could freeze in icy conditions.
