Wiperblades BTCC Ticket Giveaway T&Cs

1. PROMOTER: This promotion is organised by All Car Parts Limited trading as WiperBlades, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 07932358, whose registered office is at Vertu House, Fifth Avenue Business Park, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0XA (Promoter). By entering this prize draw participants agree to these terms and conditions (Terms) and any information or guidance published the Promoter form part of these Terms.

2. PRIZE: There is one (1) prize available. The winner will receive two tickets to attend one remaining BTCC event during the 2026 season, to be selected by the winner from the list of eligible remaining events made available by the Promoter at the time of prize fulfilment, subject always to ticket availability (Prize).

The Prize:

-Is subject to availability, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink, parking, insurance or any other costs or expenses associated with attendance, all of which are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest; and is subject to any applicable terms and conditions of the relevant event organiser, venue operator and/or ticket supplier.

If an event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer tickets to an alternative remaining BTCC event in the 2026 season (subject to availability), but no cash alternative or compensation will be provided.

3. TIMING: The promotion opens 09:00 on 11th June 2026 and closes at 18:00 on (Promotion Period).

4. ELIGIBILITY: Entry is free and no purchase is necessary; This promotion is open to any person resident in the UK who is over the age of 18. Employees of: (i) the Promoter or its affiliates; and (ii) the Promoter’s advertising or promotion agencies, are not eligible to enter this promotion nor are members of these employees’ immediate families or households (parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter Participants must during the Promotion Period either:
Purchase a qualifying set of wiper blades from the Promoter’s website; and enter the discount code BTCCWIN at checkout; or Send an email to competitions@wiperblades.co.uk with the subject line “Wiperblades BTCC Ticket Prize Draw” and include your full name, postal address and telephone number in the body of the email during the Promotion Period. No purchase is necessary if entering via email.

Entrants may only enter once per person regardless of method of entry and must only enter on their own behalf. Entries made using multiple email addresses or aliases may be disqualified. Entries will be ineligible if they are incomplete, illegible, misdirected, offensive, unlawful, not compliant with these Terms or are found to be part of an attempt to enter multiple times, violate the rights of any other person or entity or are received outside the Promotion Period.

Entries submitted by email will be treated in the same way as entries submitted on a purchase and will have an equal chance of winning. The Promoter will not give any preference to entrants based on the method of entry.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winner of the Prize will be selected at random from all valid entries received using a verifiable random selection process conducted by the Promoter at its absolute discretion within 3 days of the closing date.

The winner will be notified using the contact details provided on entry via the entry system used or by such other reasonable method as the Promoter may determine. If the winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours or fails to claim the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner and the original winner will forfeit any entitlement to the Prize.

7. PUBLICITY: The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion (including but not limited to his/her full name being made publicly available and posted on social media as the winner). By entering, participants acknowledge that the Promoter may publish the winner’s surname and county if required to demonstrate that a valid award has taken place.

8. DATA PROTECTION: Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the promotion, selecting and announcing the winner and awarding the Prize (performance of a contract / legitimate interests). Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless the participant has provided explicit consent. Where necessary for the fulfilment of the Prize, the Promoter may share the winner’s personal data with relevant third-party ticket providers, event organisers and/or venue operators strictly for the purpose of administering the Prize and facilitating the issue of tickets. Such third parties will process the personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Personal data will not be shared for marketing purposes without the winner’s explicit consent.

9. DISQUALIFICATION AND INTEGRITY OF COMPETITION: The Promoter reserves the right (at its absolute discretion) to disqualify any entrant who: (a) breaches these Terms; (b) engages in cheating, fraud or improper conduct; or (c) attempts to undermine the integrity of the promotion. The Promoter may also refuse to award the Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement in such circumstances and may ban the entrant from participating in any future promotions operated by the Promoter or any of its affiliates. Use of automated systems, bots or third-party services to enter is prohibited and all such entries will be disqualified.

10. LIABILITY: The Promoter does not accept responsibility for: entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received nor for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind; or any inability to redeem or use the Prize caused by third-party event organisers, venues or ticket suppliers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the Prize. The Promoter; shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation or inability to deliver the Prize due to events outside its reasonable control, and no compensation shall be payable in such circumstances. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

11.THIRD PARTY DISCLAIMER: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC), any event venue, any ticketing platform, or any social media platform used to advertise the promotion, unless expressly stated otherwise. By entering, entrants release all relevant third parties from liability in connection with this promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12.GENERAL: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary including where required to do so because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter’s decision in relation to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. These Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any advertising or promotional materials.

13.LAW AND JURISDICTION: This car giveaway and these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this car giveaway and these Terms and Conditions or its subject matter or formation (including noncontractual disputes or claims).
