How to Fit Aero VU Wiper Blades

Mercedes-Benz Clips

  1. Lift the housing on the arm to unlock the blade from the wiper arm, then remove it.
  2. Remove the entire fitting from the AeroVU blade. Find the 'H' adaptor in the packaging and clip it on.
  3. Locate the fitment inside the wiper arm, making sure the half circle passes through the hole on the arm.
  4. Close the housing by pressing it down towards the wiper arm. You'll hear a click once it's secure.

Pinch Tab

  1. Squeeze the triangular pinch tabs together and lift the current blade out of the wiper arm.
  2. Remove the pre-fitted adaptor labelled 'T3'.
  3. Locate the blade inside the wiper arm and close it into place while squeezing the triangular tabs together, ensuring the blade is fully located.

22mm Push Button

  1. Press the square button in and slide the current blade out of the wiper arm.
  2. Remove the pre-fitted adaptor labelled 'T3' and fit the smaller 'V2' adaptor onto the blade, making sure the prongs face up towards the top of the blade.
  3. Slide the new blade into the wiper arm, making sure the square button clicks into place.

19mm Slim Push Button

  1. Press the square button in and slide the current blade out of the wiper arm.
  2. Remove the pre-fitted adaptor labelled 'T3'.
  3. Slide the new blade into the wiper arm, making sure the square button clicks into place.

Hook

  1. Slide the current blade down towards the base of the wiper arm. Some blades may have a cover fitted, so remove this first.
  2. Remove the adaptor labelled 'T3', but keep it as you'll need it again shortly. Pop the hinged flap open (a small screwdriver may help).
  3. Fit the new blade onto the arm, making sure the hook part of the arm has the blade fully fitted inside it.
  4. Refit the 'T3' adaptor back over the blade to complete the look.
