Wiperblades.co.uk-backed Team VERTU continued to rack up the silverware during Round 3 of the 2025 British Touring Car Championship at Snetterton as it extended its points lead in the overall standings.
Having hit the ground running during the opening two events of the season with seven podiums – including one win – from six races, Team VERTU added a trio of rostrum results to its tally at the Norfolk venue.
This was despite a reduction in turbo boost for three of Team VERTU’s drivers, Tom Ingram, Tom Chilton and Adam Morgan – a balancing of performance symptomatic of its strong start to the year.
And yet, despite this limitation versus their rivals, all three drivers notched up a podium each over the course of the weekend, peaking with Ingram and Morgan scoring a second place apiece in races one and two respectively.
In a championship where consistent points’ scoring finishes are the bedrock of a successful title campaign, it means Team VERTU left Round 3 boasting an extended advantage in the all-important Teams’ Championship, rising to 23 points.
In the drivers’ reckoning, Ingram – despite an uncharacteristic crash in race two – remains well in the hunt for the title, just 15 points shy of the overall lead.
Meanwhile, the strong set of results for Morgan and Chilton see both drivers’ inch closer into contention, the pair currently sixth and seventh overall after three rounds of ten.

“All four drivers have impressed with their pace this weekend, we’ll look to maintain our strong form when we head to Thruxton for the next meeting.”
